Issues with ParentPay

We are experiencing an issue with ParentPay. We have sent an email asking for the issues to be looked at as a matter of urgency.

For Monday, please note that each student will have a £1.50 overdraft facility to use, if needed, in the restaurant. The restaurant cannot except cash. Parents may wish to send a packed lunch if unsure.

Trips can be paid when ParentPay is up and running again.

Thank you for your patience!

School opening – Monday 4th February 2019

At present, it is our intention to open the school on Monday as usual. A site check will take place first thing on Monday morning and any change to this message will be posted by 7am.

Since it is likely that there will still be some ice or snow on site, please ensure that sensible footwear is worn. Students will not be allowed outside at break or lunch until the site is considered safe.

Work for students – Friday 1st February 2019

Teachers will not set specific tasks for missed lessons today.  Students are encouraged to catch up on any extended learning, read and revise previously learned topics.

School closure – Friday 1st February 2019

Due to the weather, and for the health and safety of our students and staff, the Senior Leadership Team have made the decision to close the school today.  The school will re-open on Monday 4th February 2019.

Business as usual – school open

The school is open as normal today.  The Bath Road pedestrian access will be closed and students travelling from that direction should use the entrance from the staff car park.  Students will not be allowed outside until the gritting is complete and has taken effect.  Students should wear sensible footwear since the footpaths on the approaches to school are slippery.
